Evol Engineering was formed in 2013 when Justin realised there was a gap in the market for quality manufactured car gearbox stabiliser mounts for the Renault Sport range. Having owned several Clio 172’s Justin was able to see exactly what changes were needed to improve gear change & stability of the transmission & power plant in this small but powerful car.
Evol started with the manufacture of its’ own design of Renault Clio Mk2 ph2 172 & 182 gearbox stabiliser mount (Dog Bone) fitted at the back of the gearbox connecting to the chassis. Facebook groups quickly realised the benefits of Evol’s products and customers asked for mounts to be made for their own cars.
From then until now in 2020, we have a total of 11 gearbox mounts available for car Brands such as Audi, Renault, Subaru, Seat, Skoda & Volkswagen, covering many models. Although only a compact range of Parts, our products are engineered to suit customer requirements and meet their needs. New product development goes hand in hand with our customers who approach us for bespoke parts. Together we have collaborated to design, prototype and produce the parts you can buy today. We oversee the manufacture ourselves.

We are currently designing & prototyping car engine mounts, with the help of a vehicle component manufacturer in the UK. These new mounts will offer enhanced handling performance for the customer.
Evol has continued to grow since 2013 and in 2020 took a further step forward as part of our plan to become a design edge competitor in the motorsport industry, by listening to and working with our Customers.
